Payment may be made either by Cash, Cheque, Postal Order, or by Bank Transfer directly into our account. Details are as follows:

• Cash - (please do not send cash by Post)

If ordering from outside the UK or Italy the preferred method of paymentwould be by bank transfer. Please do not send us Cheques/Postal Orders if there are other procedures available as this will incur high banking fees to us.

Can you exchange or return a faulty item?

Yes, of course. If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you purchased from CV Shop, you may return it within 4 weeks for a replacement, exchange or a refund.
